About Margot
Margot Reeve writes novels for women who have grown out of asking permission.
Her debut, Breaking Her Rules, is the first The Wesley & Hart novel — a trilogy set in the closed world of international auction houses, where deals are done quietly, money moves at scale, and Elena Laurent runs the rooms she walks into.
The books are explicit. Margot has been told this is the part she should apologise for. She prefers not to. The sex scenes are written for the reader who has done some living, knows what she likes, and is unembarrassed about reading at the heat she would write at if she were the one writing.
Margot lives in London and writes early, with strong coffee. She is on Instagram occasionally, on TikTok rarely, and reachable through her newsletter.

"The saleroom at Wesley & Hart never sleeps, but it does pause for a moment when a thing changes hands. I've trained myself to feel it."
